One parking spot is provided with the apartment on the building premises. The area is a walkable area and has plenty access to taxi's. The closest Metro Station in Business Bay metro station.

After you have booked with us and before your check-in we will kindly request your passport copies. Please note that your passport will only be used to:
- notify building security of your arrival for a smooth check-in
- register your stay with the Dubai Tourism Authority.

If you arrive by car or will have a rental car during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the parking access card.
